01 THE CONTRACT
Versioned at purchase. Not rewritten later.
When an evaluation or funded account is created, the desk copies that plan version onto an immutable rule snapshot. Evaluation and funded are separate books. The numbers on the version you paid for are the numbers that apply.
Fees and account sizes live on Plans. This page is the trading and payout contract those plans attach.
02 TWO PATHS
Same desk. Different evaluation shape.
Figures from the live published catalog. A newer publish does not change accounts already opened.
Daily loss is versus UTC day-start equity, not versus an intraday high. Min trading days and leverage are stored on the version; they are not currently used to fail an account. See How we measure.
03 HOW WE MEASURE
What the engine actually tests.
- 01
Profit target
Live equity versus initial balance. 1-step needs 10% once. 2-step needs 10% on STAGE_1, then 5% on a new STAGE_2 book. Profit target is not evaluated on FUNDED.
- 02
Daily loss
Live equity versus equity recorded at the start of the UTC calendar date (STATIC_FROM_DAY_START). 1-step is 3%. 2-step is 5% on both evaluation phases. It is not measured against an intraday high-water.
- 03
Max loss
10% on both paths. 2-step is static from initial balance. 1-step trails an end-of-day high-water: that floor updates at the UTC day boundary from that day's peak equity. Live spikes during the day do not raise it.
- 04
Consistency (50%)
Of all profitable fills on that account, the largest realized profit cannot exceed 50% of the sum of those profitable fills. This is fill-level, not a calendar-day rule. A first winning fill is 100% of realized profit until other winners exist. Evaluation and funded books are counted separately.
- 05
Days and leverage
Published 1-step versions list 0 minimum trading days. Published 2-step versions list 4 per phase. A trading-day definition is not used to fail an account. Leverage is snapshotted as 1. Margin is not modeled. Size is 1:1 against balance, up to 100% of balance per position.
- 06
Time limit
The 1-step plan expires 30 days after activation; the 2-step plan expires after 60 days. The deadline covers evaluation and funded stages. Expired plans cannot be extended or reused; purchase a new plan to continue.

05 FUNDED
A new book. Different fields.
Passing an evaluation opens a funded account from the FUNDED spec on that version. Evaluation daily loss, max loss, profit target, consistency, min days, and leverage are not copied onto published funded specs. The funded book keeps the symbol list, position limits, commission, and payout policy.

Split starts at 80% and steps 85 / 90 / 95. Failed accounts cannot request payouts. Active allocation counts ACTIVE and PASSED sizes; a passed evaluation is not double-counted once that purchase already has an active funded account. Sizes on published plans are $1,000–$50,000.
06 IF YOU FAIL
Terminal. No reset product.
Any failed rule on that account is terminal. The book cannot be reset. To continue, buy a new published challenge. Failed accounts cannot request payouts.
PASSED evaluation books wait for the next stage or funded open. They are not failed, and they are not funded until that next book exists.
