Payout requests return kyc_required unless User.kycStatus is VERIFIED. Document collection is not implemented in this schema yet.
6.1When
Before the first payout on a funded account. You can buy a challenge, trade an evaluation, and (if you pass) open a funded book without KYC. You cannot be paid without it.
6.2What we will ask for
When the vendor is live we expect government ID, a proof of address, and a selfie. Those files are not stored as tables in this repository today. Do not email scans to a generic inbox unless support asks.
6.3Who processes itPending
Identity review will be processed by [KYC VENDOR PENDING]. Until that token is a real processor name, treat any third-party KYC form as unverified.
6.4What we store now
kycStatus on User (default NOT_REQUIRED_YET). Payout code kyc_required if that status is not VERIFIED. No ID image column exists in Prisma.
6.5If we refuse or cannot complete KYC
Payouts stay blocked. We may put the account under review. Simulated evaluation results are not a cash claim. Fees already consumed by an ACTIVATED evaluation stay subject to /legal/refund-policy.
6.6AML cooperation
We may freeze payouts, ask for more information, or report activity where [GOVERNING LAW] or a payment rail requires it. We do not publish a typology list that criminals can game.
